For this Senior Sales position:
Job description
Channel Strategy & Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue across SMB, Large Account, and Government/Public Sector markets by utilizing a network of partners and resellers.
Establish and manage a high-performing network of distributors, partners, and resellers in Bangkok and upcountry regions to achieve sales targets and maintain channel alignment.
Business Development & Support:
Proactively develop and manage the dealer network by providing ongoing sales support, training, and marketing collateral to ensure successful product promotion.
Build new business opportunities through the channel by managing partner needs, assisting them in achieving their quotas, and securing their loyalty to the company's products.
Coordination & Reporting:
Implement joint marketing programs with local marketing teams and organize continuous sales incentives for partner representatives to maintain sales momentum.
Contribute to business planning by providing timely and accurate information (e.g., sales forecasts, sell-through data, inventory, and market intelligence) through established reporting systems.
Act as a key communicator with high-level executives of major partners, customers, and vendors.
Qualification
Graduated at least bachelor degree in engineering , business administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales experience specifically within the printer or copier industry
Must have a strong network of contacts among key channel partners in the industry at both management and operational levels.
Able to drive with own car
Proficient in spoken and written English
