Responsibilities:

• Handling import shipment with notification to customer for any amendment request on import documents details and container clearance status/places.

• Submit import customs manifest/paperless (NSW), EDI and vessel voyage maintenance timely and within customs rules/regulation.

• Create Delivery Order, freighting and exchange rate within given time frame.

• Co-ordinate with local applications provider and company system upon any enhancement/changes to ensure smooth data integration through the customs house/port

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in International Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.

• 1-2 years experience in liner shipping, freight forwarding, or reefer logistics preferred.

• Strong communication skills in Thai and English (written and verbal).

• Good understanding of reefer container operations and cold chain logistics.

• Detail-oriented, with strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Able to work under pressure.
