Business Development, Business Expansion. Business Performance Review. **Data Analytics**: Customer/ Sales/ Financial Data. Key Responsibility. Develop Shop in Shop & CPFM brand & store concept strategy for brand awareness and communication. Develop Communication Strategy aligned with Corporate and CPF to improve efficient Marketing. Initiate Sales Promotion Campaigns for increase sales and traffic to stores (Shop in Shop & CPFM). Strengthen and build membership base by increasing Line members and social media followers. Improve O2O sales and contribution to business by liaise with O2O team and commercial team. Develop projects related to SIS & CPFM brand exposure as well as activity e.g. event, food truck. Coordinate with CPF for BTL, ATL, OL marketing communication and instore marketing. Survey retail benchmarks and propose opportunity with idea for better and proactive actions. Engage with Trade Plans and commercial for monthly campaign with efficient SCR or ROI. Qualifications. Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Analysis and Management or any related fields. Having at least 5 years of experiences in Business Analysis and Planning/ Marketing/ PMO with retail & Space Management/ dynamic business background would be a BIG plus. Professional Project/ Program Management. **Data Analytics**: Customer/ Sales/ Financial Data. Advance in Excel is needed. Effective Stakeholder Management. Conceptual Thinking.
