About the role
As a Site/Civil Engineer at บริษัท เซาท์ วู๊ด 1993 จำกัด, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the development of various construction projects on the island of Ko Samui, Surat Thani. This full-time position will involve overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering works to ensure the successful completion of our projects.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and reviewing engineering designs, plans, and specifications for construction projects
Supervising and coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction progress, quality, and safety
Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise
Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
Providing technical support and advice to the construction team as needed
Preparing project reports and documentation
What we're looking for
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site/Civil Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD and project management tools
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Thailand
