Global E-Commerce-SEA Operations-Integrated Marketing-Thailand are service providers for TikTok Shop as a main marketing communication which will focus on content creation, social media analysis including data analysis for content performance. Global E-Commerce-SEA Operations-Integrated Marketing will be in charge of social media optimization and strategy creation for overall TikTok Shop. Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok. **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Plan and execute social media and marketing communication for TikTok Shop - Formulate social media and content creation management strategies to ensure that the TikTok Shops social media presence is effective in achieving its objectives - Coordinate with internal and external teams to select the best partners to help promote TikTok Shop - Provide ongoing support to improve the performance of the TikTok Shops social media channels **Qualifications**: - Bachelors Degree and above - At least 3 years of experience in project management, content creation, influencer marketing, and social media marketing within the eCommerce industry - Ability to identify the best creators for different categories and create impactful content for influencer marketing - Extensive experience in content creation for various social media platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok content creation - Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle uncertainties and work well under pressure - Excellent communication skills, both in team collaboration and with social media partners - Fluent in English and the local Thai language TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
