Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Take ownership of cost controlling activities to ensure plant spending targets are consistently achieved.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis for both spending and unit cost on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure all financial activities are executed in compliance with established schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Develop realistic financial outlooks based on up-to-date data and provide actionable recommendations to operations.
• Provide strategic support to business partners through financial modeling and logical reasoning to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor and track financial metrics to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements across the plant operations.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required to meet business needs.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; an MBA Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Expertise in MS Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables and Macros.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a professional and collaborative environment.
