Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field

• 2-3 years of experience in store management or a similar role

• Experience leading teams in the luxury or high-fashion sector

• Good command of English

• Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of sales figures

Responsibilities:

• Act as a role model and drive store performance across key areas: customer experience, talent development, financial results, and operational excellence

• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's core values and building strong relationships with clients and the community

• Mentor and coach the store team, guiding and supporting junior managers

• Oversee all point-of-sale activities and ensure alignment with the company's sales, profitability, stock management, and brand image objectives

• Demonstrate commercial awareness and maintain connections with the local client base, partnering closely with regional and corporate teams

• Lead the team by setting strategic direction and fostering a collaborative, service-focused culture

• Coordinate with the Retail Manager, Training Department, and HR to implement training programs and tools that create a culture of continuous learning

• Manage recruitment according to store strategy and job requirements, presenting shortlisted candidates to the Retail Manager and HR for final selection

• Ensure accurate and proficient use of the POS system

• Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and merchandise receipt

• Oversee store maintenance and ensure all stockroom guidelines are respected
