STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary:

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of multiple EVEANDBOY retail stores across Bangkok and upcountry. This role ensures consistent operational execution, drives sales growth, enhances customer experience, and maintains brand standards across all locations under their supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise day-to-day retail operations for a group of stores across Bangkok and regional areas, ensuring consistency in service, standards, inventory control, and operational efficiency.

  • Set clear performance objectives for each store, track progress, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.

  • Analyze store performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to drive sales and profitability.

  • Execute promotional and sales strategies at the store level to maximize conversion rates and transaction value.

  • Manage inventory levels across all stores to ensure optimal product availability while minimizing stock shortages and overages.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Monitor competitor activity and local market dynamics to support store performance and adaptability.

  • Ensure all assigned stores comply with company SOPs, operational policies, health & safety standards, and retail regulations.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out promotions, events, and local campaigns that drive foot traffic and brand awareness.

  • Work closely with HR to support recruitment, performance management, training, and employee engagement.

  • Conduct regular store visits to audit performance, address operational gaps, and provide hands-on support to frontline teams.

  • Lead and coordinate special projects, including new store openings, renovations, and promotional events, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

  • Prepare regular visit reports or tour notes for management, summarizing sales performance, operations, customer feedback, and improvement initiatives.

  • Provide strong leadership and coaching to Store Managers, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience managing 10-20 retail stores, with a proven track record of operational excellence and sales leadership.

  • A high-energy leader with a relentless drive to execute—committed to being on the ground, in the details, and available 7 days a week if needed to achieve results.

  • Inspires and empowers teams with purpose, passion, and urgency while cultivating a high-performance, customer-obsessed culture.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment, with the agility to lead through uncertainty and act quickly.

  • Strong, action-oriented problem solver with sharp decision-making skills to overcoming challenges.

  • Deep understanding of retail operations, sales optimization, customer experience, visual merchandising execution, retail management platforms, POS systems, and reporting tools.

  • Analytical and results-focused, with the ability to translate data into strategy and action.

  • Fully mobile and ready to travel across Bangkok and upcountry provinces
