Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary Strategic PR Manager involves in overall PR/communications including, but not limit to, corporate image big picture analysis. Help evaluate internal business plans of the department to further identify greater opportunity and provide PR/communications strategic direction vs day-to-day PR operation. The strategic PR role consists of helping the department to research, gather & organize information, analyze and evaluate PR, CR, CSR works including SD campaign result and identify upside opportunity. That's mean making forecast instead of compiling yesterday's clips and backing up those predictions with strategic suggestion plans or directions **Job Description**: - Strategic Leadership and Direction. At a minimum, develop, implement and update (quarterly and as needed) a Strategic Corporate PR Strategy and Action Plan (SCSAP). The SCSAP must include overall strategic department work approach to be part of corporate business growth in term of brand reputation & sustainable trust to support core business unit and front liner operations. - Gather information, research and analyzing data to support daily operation of PR, CR, CRS works both in normal business and during crisis situation. - Develop external communications including, but not limited to, thought leadership success stories, reports, and other materials that communicate corporate's achievement over the years. - Leading on SD campaign report writing in collaboration with SD/IR Team e.g. DJSI, ESG report etc. - Strategic searching for worthwhile awards opportunity in area of business, organization, people, SD and etc. where applicable covering both domestic and international arena. - Solving the puzzle with PR Team in a timely and strategic manner in order to compete with speed and constant changes. Qualifications: - 's Degree (Master's Degree strongly preferred) in Business, Economic, Statistic & Data Analytic, Marketing, Psychology or Behavior Change Communications and related field. - 10 - 15+ years of relevant experience in strategic planner, business and/or PR-Communications consultant, branding communications and outreach strategies for complex nationwide development programs or related field. - Strength in research skill, analyst, writing presentation framework with ability to communicate and persuasion. - Decisiveness and ability to see the big picture and vision. Most important is to realize how decisions and choices affect the long-term viability and the overall effectiveness of the PR, CR, CRS and SD campaigns or programs. - Utilize online media effectively and understand social media trend & sentiment. - Can do attitude with ability to managing & coaching team. - A great team player with ability to synthesize flexible and adaptable. - Multitasking and work successfully under pressure and constantly changes. - High initiative of business judgement with self-confidence.
