Supply Chain and Logistics Officer

• Plan, control, and manage the companys logistics processes, from import, storage, to delivery to customers (B2B).

• Coordinate and confirm the receipt and delivery of goods between warehouses and transport companies.

• Select, procure, and manage relationships with logistics suppliers.

• Verify the accuracy of contracts, quotations, and expenses before presenting to management.

• Plan transportation routes, assign team responsibilities, and select appropriate vehicle types based on product and distance.

• Control and verify the accuracy of daily transportation plans and related shipping documents.

• Track transportation status, monitor monthly transportation costs, and prepare reports for management.

• Manage the logistics team and workforce, including discipline, recruitment, and work efficiency.

• Develop logistics plans and personnel to improve service quality and reduce costs.

• Inspect transportation equipment to ensure readiness and compliance with safety standards.

• Provide consultation and support for logistics-related tasks and other duties assigned by supervisors.

• Proficiency in Chinese language is a plus.
