Job Title:Supply Chain Management Staff (Warehouse & Inventory Management)Company:Bridgestone Aircraft Tire Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Location:Major Tower Building, Rama 9 - Ramkhamhaeng, 10th Floor Ramkhamhaeng Road, Huamark Subdistrict, Bangkapi District, Bangkok 10240Job Summary:Responsible for the end-to-end process of inventory and warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, transferring, reporting, and coordinating with both local and overseas warehouses. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely reporting, warehouse optimization, and supports supply chain continuity through proactive stock management.
Key Responsibilities:Inventory Operations & Warehouse ControlMonitor and manage daily receiving operations of worn casings, new tires, and retreaded tires from multiple sources (local, BSJ, BAC, Oversea warehouses)Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded into inventory systems (e.g., TCS) and physically matched with stock levels
Supervise inbound and outbound movements, including tire transfers and warehouse capacity planning. Organize regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and stock take activities to verify inventory accuracy. Overseas Warehouse ManagementPlan and coordinate stock replenishment to/from overseas warehouses (e.g., Hong Kong, Australia).
Monitor overseas inventory levels, prepare weekly replenishment plans, and handle shipment documentation. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare and submit accurate reports:Daily: RTD shipment tracking, worn casing receipt updates. Weekly: Worn tire incoming forecasts and overseas stock replenishment reports.
Monthly: Month-end inventory summary and discrepancy reports. Ad-Hoc: Reports on project progress (e.g., R-Max) or unexpected inventory events. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience in supply chain management
Previous experience in the manufacturing or aviation industry is preferred.Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, PowerBIStrong English communication skills for international coordination TOEIC 650 or above is an advantage
