**Inbound & Outbound operations** - Liaise with regional supply chain team in Hong Kong and forwarders for shipment arrangement ̵ Handle I/E documents, custom declaration (via local agents), LC documents (sometimes) ̵ Handle damaged/short shipments with suppliers, forwarder, 3PL or customers ̵Work with 3PL warehouse to improve supply chain efficiency including greater flexibility, shorter lead time to customer ̵ Take preventive measures to ensure smooth execution of customer order delivery and other logistics related activities **Demand Planning & Sales Forecast** - Work with regional supply chain team on monthly demand planning includes supplying forecast to the factory ̵ Work with Sales team to produce monthly rolling sales forecast and necessary pull in/pull out if needed ̵ Work with Product team on planning phase in phase out products ̵Quarterly SKU rationalization program for all products (if the need arises) ̵ Perform all purchasing activities such as PO issuance, follow-up & correspondence **General** - Present monthly reports on logistics performance as specified in agreed KPIs ̵ Ad hoc tasks as needed **Job Requirements**: **Academic**: - Bachelors Degree in any discipline - A Masters Degree in Supply Chain is preferred - Assistant Manager : A minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain - Manager : A minimum of 7-8 years experience in Supply Chain and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in leading teams in a supervisory **role General**: - Languages - knowledge of English required - Good Microsoft Excel skill is a must - Knowledge of Oracle/SAP is a plus - Ability to understand and analyze business & financial metrics - Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills - A highly motivated self-starter with excellent planning and time management skills **Benefits**: - ค่าตกลง **How To Apply**: **More Information**: *** **Salary Offer** 80,000 - 90,000 THB*** **Address** MRT Rama9*** **Experience Level** Manager*** **Total Years Experience** 5-10
