Recruitment ProcessSupport talent acquisition strategy and process where necessary. Help initiate new ideas and projects to improve overall talent acquisition process. Support Talent Acquisition Manager on new recruitment system development. Conduct new recruitment system training classes both Thai and English versions. Solve recruitment system related issues for users. Work closely with all business units to organize Walk-in Interview and Open House events nation-wide for mass recruitment. Create monthly and yearly reports to track vacancy movements company-wide. Employer BrandingResponsible for overall Employer Branding strategy for both Online and Offline channels to attract talents effectively. Create communication campaign and contents for social media channels. Explore and conduct industry benchmarking to ensure top employer brand image. Organize campus activities and roadshow to connect with universities and potential young workforce. **Desired Skills and Experience**: -Bachelor s degree or higher in related fields. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience and a proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding. Excellent communication skills - able to work with diverse groups of people. Being strongly client focus and customer service oriented, and able to collaborate seamlessly across company. Flexible mind-set and a team player. Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
