Job Descriptions :

• To be the best Talent Acquisition partner with Business Unit.
• Implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
• Utilizing all recruitment sourcing/acquisition channels to find candidates
• Conduct a full recruitment process from sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer, reference checking, negotiation, to onboarding.
• Handle end-to-end internship process including contact university, roadshow, and etc. (If Any)
• Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.
• Assisting in any ad-hoc project of People Excellence team to deliver quality outcomes.
