We are: - Experts in banking and payments, capital markets and wealth and asset management - Deep knowledge in financial services offering, including e.g. Finance, Risk and Compliance, Financial Crime, Core Banking etc. - Committed to growing our business and hiring the best talent to help us get there - Focus on maintaining our nimble, agile and entrepreneurial culture **ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES** **Recruitment** - Working closely with recruitment team and hiring managers to gather requirement and facilitate them towards execution of their hiring plans. - Interacting with Resource Manager and business heads for getting requirement clarity. - Support ad-hoc HR initiatives as required **REQUIREMENT** - A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline - 2-4 years of recruitment / resourcing experience in Financial Services / Professional Services - Strong data analysis and reporting skills - Strong communication skills, ability to work with senior management and stakeholders - Good command of English and Thai - Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude
