About the Role
We are looking for an experienced KOL / Influencer Manager to join our beauty brand, which is growing fast in Thailand. Fully Remote is acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with beauty/personal care KOLs and influencers (mainly TikTok, IG, YouTube).
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines.
- Track and report campaign performance with clear KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years full-time experience in KOL / influencer marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Good understanding of beauty & personal care trends in Thailand.
- Must have good command of English (written & spoken); Native Thai language is a must;
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
