Ensure the smooth operation of tour programs in Northern Thailand. Assign the right guides to the right jobs, book transportation services. Make sure all necessary preparations are done before the start of a tour, including the required documents, guide briefing, and final cross-check. Coordinate with the different departments to address problems, and take corrective actions if needed. Coordinate/Handle an emergency on the spot. Follow up after each tour by collecting feedback, clearing expenses and doing a debrief with the guide
