In this role you will drive consumer traffic into our platform with an aim to convert them via the planning and executing the different levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories or brands. Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok. **Responsibilities**: - Deeply understanding the needs of E-commerce consumers, merchants, and influencers in the Thailand market. - Identifying the key user research questions that shape business strategies in the Thailand market. - Finding answers through designing the best research methods, working with cross-functional leads, and synthesizing findings into clear and impactful insights for key stakeholders decision making. - Collaborate with other functional teams to promote the optimization of governance, strategy, data and product teams with user research insights. **Qualifications**: - Minimum Bachelors Degree or above - Minimum Bachelors Degree or above - Proficiency in both English and Thai is a must - More than 1 year of experience working in UX research, preferably in the ecommerce/tech industry. - Bachelors degree or above in Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Marketing Research, Economics, International Trade, or other related fields. - Experience using both qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools, such as: usability studies (remote/in lab), focus groups, interviews, concept tests, diary studies, surveys, A/B testing, and familiarity with statistic tools, such as SQL, Python, R, SPSS etc. - Deep understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, live-streaming, and digital trends landscape. - Ability to work independently with limited supervision and take initiative to solve problems and learn new things. - Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast paced environment. - Great written and spoken communication skills in English, preferably in Thai as well.
