About the Role
As a Visa and Work Permit Officer at PKF Thailand, you will be responsible for assisting international clients with their visa, work permit, and immigration processes. This full-time position is based in Bangkok, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting clients with their legal stay and employment in Thailand.
Job Description
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist clients with visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Provide consultation on visa types, work permit requirements, and Thai immigration regulations.
- Prepare and review required documents to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities, such as the Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Labor, and Board of Investment (BOI), on behalf of clients.
- Monitor application progress and keep clients updated on their status.
- Advise clients on re-entry permits, visa extensions, and 90-day reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions for any visa or work permit-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in visa and work permit processing.
- Strong knowledge of Thai immigration laws and work permit regulations.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with international clients.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, service-minded, and proactive.
