Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and increase sales.
Create and maintain attractive merchandise displays that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop seasonal, promotional, and themed campaigns.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely product replenishment.
Analyse sales performance and recommend improvements to drive store success.
Ensure a consistent brand image across all displays and in-store promotions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in merchandising, visual display, or fashion retail.
Strong creative and aesthetic skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under deadlines and budgets.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak retail periods.
