Key Responsibilities Act as a focal point for the Justice Initiative's litigation and as a leader in the human rights litigation field. Nurture a portfolio of ground-breaking, high-profile, and impactful cases. Demonstrate what effective strategic litigation looks like and encourage constant innovation. Work with colleagues to develop and refine thematic strategies that utilize litigation. Provide guidance on the development of project plans for litigation. Oversee the identification and assessment of specific cases, including reviewing the strengths and risks of each proposal. Provide professional advice and guidance to each of the Justice Initiative's litigators, to encourage a high quality of strategic litigation. Ensure the implementation of existing policies and guidance for litigation, revising or developing new standards where appropriate. Oversee an effective case management system for multiple cases and deadlines, and maintain high-quality case files. Maintain our reputation for high-quality pleadings by the oversight of an assurance system for the legal integrity and persuasiveness of all documents submitted to courts. Undertake a final review of all pleadings. Manage systems for the periodic review of individual cases, and for reporting to senior management and to the Justice Initiative board on Justice Initiative litigation Develop a strategic guideline for legal services and ensure that both internal and external parties are well-informed Act as an expert on legal services provided and support the establishment of an academic center Involve in any legal cases and liaise with external parties to ensure that the cases are well-treated Evaluate the operation and provide any recommendations for improvement **Key Requirements**: Bachelor's degree or higher in Law Sound professional judgment Excellent critical thinking and evaluation skills Oral and written communication competency with attention to detail Solid legal experience in the real estate business Strong experience to draft, reviewing, and understanding contract law, business law, and other law Excellent drafting skills and high commercial acumen. Mature, hands-on, and result-oriented with professional business acumen Good command of English Gender Male & Female Max. Age 45 - 52 yo Min.
