Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Law - Experiences in real estate business, management and construction are preferred. - Excellent critical thinking and evaluation skills and sound professional judgment - Proficient in Thai - English both oral and written communication competency. - Solid legal experience with real estate business - Strong experience to draft, review and understand of contract law, business law and other law - Mature, hands-on, and result-oriented with professional business acumen - Excellent drafting skills and high commercial acumen. - Responsibilities:Act as an expert on legal services provided and support the establishment of an academic center. - Provide professional advice and guidance to each of the Justice Initiative's litigators, to encourage a high quality of strategic litigation. - Ensure the implementation of existing policies and guidance for litigation, revising or developing new standards where appropriate. - Be a leader in the human rights litigation field and act as a focal point for the Justice Initiative's litigation for Nurture a portfolio of ground-breaking, high profile, and impactful cases. - Demonstrate what effective strategic litigation looks like and encourage constant innovation. - Develop and refine thematic strategies collaborates with team to utilize litigation. - Provide guidance on the development of project plans for litigation.
