รายละเอียดงาน

• ติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างคลังสินค้า ฝ่ายขนส่ง และหน่วยงานภายใน เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

• วางแผนรอบรถและรอบการจัดส่งสินค้า ทั้งรอบ Set Up Store และรอบปกติ ให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา

• ตรวจสอบและดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนสำหรับสินค้าที่ชำรุดหรือเสียหาย

• ตรวจสอบสินค้าอายุการเก็บต่ำ (Low Shelf Life) และติดตามการเคลียร์สินค้า

• ประสานงานกับ Vendor ในการเรียกเก็บคืนสินค้า (RTV)

• ติดตามการแก้ไขกรณี Transfer Error ทั้งจากคลังโอนให้สาขา และสาขาโอนกลับคลัง

• ติดตามสถานะการนำส่งสินค้าประจำวัน และประสานงานกับฝ่ายขนส่งและสาขา - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า โลจิสติกส์ หรือซัพพลายเชน 1-3 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีทักษะการวางแผน ประสานงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี

• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้

• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

• หากมีความรู้ด้านระบบจัดการคลังสินค้า (WMS) หรือ ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
