Wholesale Support

Required for Brand Performance Team

To assist drive Brand Performance in Wholesale business. Report directly to Head of Brand.

Responsibility:

·       Process orders: Participate Product Trade Show, Taking Future Order, PO Follow up, Stock receiving, Confirm purchasing, Order allocation, Co-ordinate with DC warehouse & accounting dept, and issue relevant goods delivery documents.

·       Partner management with Wholesale partners.

·       On-site visit with Wholesale partners.

·       Cross-function coordinate.

·       Problem Solving to ensure smooth operation for wholesale partner.

·       Generate report support Head of Brand; weekly-monthly report, future order consolidates, product receiving and inventory report.

Requirements:

·       Proficient in Ms Office, Pivot, Vlookup, others.

·       Good command in English.

·       Good coordination and communication skill.

·       A service mind, good communication & negotiation skills.

·       Good planning & prioritization skills.

·       Able to work under pressure.

·       Any other ad-hoc jobs or assign from Head of Brand.

·       Wholesale business background is preferred.
