Management Trainee

We are looking for a driven and globally-minded Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed to fast-track future leaders through a structured program focused on business strategy, project execution, and cross-functional exposure within a leading international hotel group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate through key corporate functions such as Strategy, Operations and Sales.

• Assist in high-impact regional and global projects, supporting senior decision-makers

• Analyze business data, market trends, and performance metrics to drive strategic initiatives

• Collaborate with teams across different regions

• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree

• 0-2 years of Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Highly adaptable in diverse, fast-paced environments, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Fluent in English
