Responsibilities

• Leading the B2C team to achieve sales, profit, and expense-control targets.
• Drive new product development and coordinate closely with the headquarters and local suppliers.
• Lead annual business planning, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct business analysis and support PDCA processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing action plans, covering all aspects of 4P and 3C.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in B2C FMCG business.
• Strong business-level English, including advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
• At least 3 years of management experience leading teams.
• Strong logical thinking, numerical analysis, and business planning capabilities.
• Solid understanding of key financial statements, including P&L and cash flow.
• In-depth knowledge of 4P and 3C for analysis, planning, and execution.
• Experience in the FMCG food industry.
• Prior experience as a marketing head is an advantage.
