Responsibilities:

• Oversee, develop, and manage all post-sales operations for both domestic and international markets to support the sales team in achieving targets and expanding the customer base.
• Coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties to ensure smooth post-sales service activities and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Consolidate and enhance demand forecasts using historical data, market insights, and customer input gathered by the sales team.
• Lead and facilitate the S&OP process, acting as the key representative of the sales team to align with cross-functional departments.
• Work closely with Supply Planning to align production schedules, inventory strategies, and replenishment plans with accurate demand forecasts.
• Build a flexible and transparent planning framework that enables data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare, manage, and improve sales reports with clear data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in post-sales management and operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning or S&OP, preferably within a similar industry.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience in team management.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of import/export terms, regulations, and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data and prepare reports for executive-level review.
