What You'll DoManage daily Shopify (or WooCommerce) operations — product listings, updates, CRO improvementsCoordinate with SEO & marketing teams — ensure tasks and weekly reports are completedWork with our website developer to optimize homepage, product & collection pages + improve mobile UXAssist with occasional recruitment tasks and candidate communicationMonitor competitors and share improvement suggestions

What We're Looking For:Experience with Shopify (preferred) or WooCommerce backendBasic understanding of CRO and SEODetail-oriented, organized, proactiveStrong communication skills and passion for learning/growing in e-commerceOpen to candidates with less experience if driven and willing to learn

Compensation$1,000 – $1,500 USD/month, depending on experience for 35 hours per week fully Remote.Monthly performance bonuses — potential to earn $2,000 – $2,500+ USD/monthFully remote + fast career progression
