1. บริหารจัดการ ประสานงานดูแลทรัพย์ส่วนกลางให้อยู่ในสภาพปกติเรียบร้อยพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา

4. บริหารจัดการงานแม่บ้าน ได้แก่ จัดสรร พนักงานต่างด้าว ตำแหน่งแม่บ้าน และดำเนินการทั้งกระบวนการสรรหาและดูแลเรื่องใบอนุญาตทำงาน รวมถึงการจัดทำเงินเดือน
