Performing as the first and second level support to gathers the issues/data for problems reproduction. - Identifying issue scope, expected result, and issue severity. - Investigating technical production issues raised by Call center agent or Internal User and swiftly provide a workaround/resolution within the defined SLA. - Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues and update our customers on progress toward resolution. - Working closely with Development/Product team to understand new features, configurations and elements to be deployed in each release. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields. - Knowledge in UNIX, Shell, Oracle Forms, Oracle Report will be advantage. - Knowledge in Oracle database, SQL language is must. - Knowledge in basic SQL query and XML API request/response. - Strong problem solving skills. - English is a must.
