JOB DETAIL

• Manage branding campaign and activity project with agency & related department. • Monitoring media performance. • Prepare internal documents (Agreement), propose, and manage team meetings until launch. • Follow up as plan, review & prepare content support. • Monitoring media performance. • Propose to top management & manage team meeting until launching. • Review & check all new coming campaigns including HQ/JP Inbound/Oversea campaign before publishing. • Support all Issuer inquiries, follow up as plan, review and prepare contents support.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a communication, branding, or marketing related department. • Have a background in the financial services industry (e.g., Banking, Payment gateway solution, Insurance, or Investment) • Excellent communication skills-verbal and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively. • High level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and willingness to listen to others perspectives. • Fluent in English, including the ability to confidently participate in meeting and presentations. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, charts, and reporting. • Skilled in creating professional presentation materials (Power Point, Google Slides, etc.) • Strong multitasking ability-capable of handling multiple ongoing projects efficiently and meeting deadlines. • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and solution-focused mindset.
