Business Analyst/system Analyst (Software Project)

Business analyst is a member of a product development team who analyzes the business domain, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements, and matches a software business model with the software being built. Business Analyst has responsibility for reviewing assigned business requirements, and processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Assessing potential solutions, technologies, and systems to address business needs. Collaborating with stakeholders, including business managers, users, and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and understanding. Facilitating meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and gather feedback. Developing detailed requirement documents, business cases, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations. Supporting the implementation and testing of proposed solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements. Develop high quality work outputs such as presentation slides, solution plan, functional design & specification documents, test reports, training materials, etc.. Manage and analyze business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops, and formulation of an overall solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met. Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose solutions for business issues, process changes, and functional requirements. Coordinating with vendors to develop systems that meet end-user requirements. Communicate with technical team leads, and developers, and users to assure an extensive understanding of system requirements, project status, and implementation. Bachelor s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. At least 3-5 years experience in Business Analyst in insurance business will be preferable. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, systematic thinking and able to work under pressure within deadlines. Strong analytical skill and proven ability to quickly understand business. Good command of English (writing and speaking). **Job skills required**: English
