Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, problems, and opportunities.
Conduct business analysis and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications for both SAP and non-SAP systems.
Prioritization & Planning
Assess and prioritize initiatives based on business value and urgency.
Support decision-making with business cases and benefit analysis.
Stakeholder Communication & Liaison
Serve as a liaison between business users, internal IT teams, and external service providers/implementers.
Effectively communicate requirements, insights, and plans to cross-functional teams and management.
Technology Solution Delivery
Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to deliver technology solutions aligned with business requirements.
Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance before system rollout.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage project activities, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope.
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
IT Project Management & Business Support
Act as an IT project manager to support and enhance business operations across all business units.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes through technology.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and non-SAP applications.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
