Job PurposeThe Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee strategic and operational management to ensure efficiency, profitability, and business growth. The role focuses on the company's core services: Investor Relations (IR) Solutions, Online IR Platforms, Corporate Websites, and Digital Financial Communication Solutions, fully aligned with the Group's vision and long-term strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
Translate company strategies into actionable operational plans
Oversee and coordinate operations across departments
Implement workflow improvements for efficiency and cost savings
2. Business Growth & Development
Drive growth of core businesses (IR Solutions, Online IR Platforms, Corporate Websites, Digital Financial Communication)
Identify new opportunities and lead strategic partnerships
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with C-level executives of listed companies, regulators, and stock exchanges
Ensure client satisfaction and strengthen the company's position as a trusted partner
4. People & Organization Development
Establish KPIs/OKRs and mentor staff to build a High-Performance Organization
Promote innovation, collaboration, and a client-centric culture
5. Financial & Risk Management
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management across operations, finance, legal, and technology
Ensure transparency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Management, IT, or related fields
Minimum 15 years of executive-level experience in Operations, Investor Relations, Financial Services, or Digital Solutions
Proven track record in managing B2B service businesses, particularly in capital markets or financial communications
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with C-level stakeholders
Excellent command of Business English
Specific Knowledge:
Capital market regulations (SET, SEC, corporate governance, IR guidelines)
Investor Relations (IR) practices and investor/shareholder communications
IR Technology Platforms: AGM/e-Meeting, webcasts, market data services, corporate IR websites
Data analytics & visualization to support financial communication/reporting
Digital transformation expertise in Investor Relations and Financial Communication
Customer/Partner Satisfaction Index
