Contact Center Responsibilities

• Receive and reply enquiries on general info, electronic records and treatment plan

• Secure, make, confirm patient/dentist appointments by telephone, email, social media channels

• co-ordinate with relevant departments on external patient needs and bookings

• Staff hired for language capability

• Respond to telephone, email and social media messages of patient in that language

• Translate documents and newsfeed posts

  Requested Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• Proficient with good ability in speaking, reading and writing skills in English and Thai

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Emailing, learning booking system, etc.)

• Service minded with good work attitude to work, colleagues and customers

• Responsible for duties and resolving immediate problems

• Able to work as a team and under pressure

• Able to work on Saturday-Sunday and public holidays

• Past work experience in service, dental/medical/insurance is a plus but not required.

• Language capability in other language Chinese, Burmese, Arabic, etc is also a plus.

• **Open to foreign passport candidates. Work permit will be applied.
