Data Quality Manager

Our client is a leading global provider of ICT infrastructure and smart devices. **General Description of Duties and Responsibilities** - Providing advice, assistance, guidance, interpretation and plan for project team in all relevant areas of Quality, Safety, Procedure, Risk management, Environment and Related legislation. - Directing, leading, supervising and providing support to the QHSE team to governance site Quality and Safety during implementation. - Reporting and monitoring Safety and Quality Performance that includes Hazard & Risk Registers, Incident Reporting, Investigation, improvement and accountability. - Being responsible for the Safety Plans to ensure that they are aligned with the strategic direction of Zero Harm to people and care for the environment. - Supporting the emergency procedure to meet the companys need and emergency plan. - Developing and coordinating safety related and training for the plant based on the training needs. - Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications and Thailands local legal requirements for the company. - Over 5 years experience in EHS(HSE) & quality management role in the telecom construction industry (other construction industry for over 8 years). - Experience in leading and/or managing OHS&E. - Knowledge of local Quality and EHS regulations and have Safety Officer in professional level certificate issue by Thailand government. - Skills and experience in Coaching, training and development, and administration.
