We are expanding our production capabilities and seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Line Manager to oversee electronics assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience, strong expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, and the ability to design and optimize manufacturing process engineering systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily electronics assembly production to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Design and implement manufacturing process engineering systems to optimize productivity and scalability.
• Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, train, and manage production staff and supervisors.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and quality compliance standards.
• Drive operational excellence and cost control measures.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that optimize long term value and retainment

Requirements:

• Technical College degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operations management experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in multinational companies.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Strong background in manufacturing process design and optimization.
• Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written; Chinese language skills are a plus).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
