Key ResponsibilitiesElectronics & Firmware DevelopmentDesign and prototype electronic circuits, including schematic and PCB layout using software such as Altium Designer. Develop and program microcontroller firmware and implement PID control systems. Contribute to product development for laboratory and analytical technology products, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Optimize production processes and product performance, incorporating new technologies and materials. Develop cost-effective and timely solutions, following standardized ISO processes from development to series production. Implement design specifications, create circuit documents, PCB layouts, calculations, simulations, and technical documentation.
Use standard communication protocols and data formats for interaction with external devices or PC software. Conduct product testing and quality assurance using automated or manual tools. Perform hazard, fault, and risk analyses, ensuring compliance with laboratory, machinery, EMC, and low-voltage guidelines.
Research new electronic components, technologies, and competitive products. Support concept development, functional prototypes, and initial sampling for new and series parts. Team Collaboration & Project ManagementParticipate in international, team-oriented collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development, testing, and implementation of electronics and firmware projects. Provide problem-solving support during development, production, and product lifecycle management. Qualifications & SkillsCompleted studies in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience or knowledge in electronic circuit design and prototyping. Proficient in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer) and microcontroller programming. Strong knowledge of electronic control engineering and programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java).
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate internationally. Junior level or career starter with a strong willingness to learn and grow in electronics and firmware development.
