Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in client service, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. This is not a traditional administrative role. Instead, the Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the CTO—bridging technical, client, and compliance matters—while ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on behalf of the CTO—managing discussions, handling technical negotiations, and ensuring client issues are resolved effectively.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly communication.
Capture, track, and follow up on client requirements, concerns, and feedback.
Plan, coordinate, and track technology projects—ensuring deliverables, timelines, and milestones are met.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Review contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation before formal legal review; coordinate with legal advisors to finalize agreements.
Monitor and report on client satisfaction, service delivery, and project progress, highlighting risks and recommending solutions.
Maintain working knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, network security, and software development processes to support informed discussions.
Coordinate across technical and cross-functional teams, escalating risks and dependencies when needed.
Support the CTO with research, analysis, and the preparation of reports, presentations, and executive updates.
Foster effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, or related field; Master's degree or legal coursework is an advantage.
10 years of experience in technical project management, consulting, and client-facing roles, with a strong background in software development and technology-driven solutions.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, network security, and application lifecycles.
Fluent in written Thai and English, with strong verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.
Experience reviewing contracts, NDAs, or compliance documents in coordination with legal teams.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring on-time delivery of technology solutions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with confidence in working directly with senior executives and clients.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
Good personality and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team

Work Conditions:
The workplace is at Bubhajit Building, conveniently located 200 meters from MRT Lumphini Station or 800 meters from BTS Sala Daeng Station.
Work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
Flexible working hours.
