We are currently seeking for a highly motivated & self-driven candidate who has a strong passion for the Food & Flavour Industry.

As a FLAVOUR PROJECT LEADER, you will oversee the entire progress of R&D projects related to the SWEET Category.

In your position, you will have to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creation team and other R&D members to execute strategies and deliver solutions that will excite our customers.

In this exciting role, you will

·        Leads the entire progress of the projects related to the SWEET Category and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to offer the best solutions in a timely manner and following the prerequisites

·        Develops & Improves Sweet application recipes - Beverages, Dairy & Sweet Goods

·        Evaluates, Selects and Supports optimization of flavours

·        Responsible of promoting MANE Innovative products & technologies

·        Participates actively to the MANE Strategy (Pipeline and Client action plan)

·        Participates actively to Client's presentation and provide technical support to our customers

·        Market Intelligence: Shows good awareness of the market trends and technical trends related to Beverages & Sweet products

·        Collaborates with Creation, Sales, Marketing & Sensory teams

Profile

·        Bachelor or Master Degree in Food Science or related fields

·        5 years' experience in the Flavour or Food Industry (Experience in the development of beverages will be highly considered).

·        Passionate about Flavour & Food.

·        Food industry awareness: key manufacturing players, market products knowledge

·        Strong project, time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task.

·        Effective team player with excellent communication skills.

·        Creative, innovative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box.

·        Results-oriented, self-starter, proactive for continuous improvement and good problem-solving skills.

·        Strong sensory skills with ability to evaluate and describe a flavour profile using appropriate language.

·        High business level of English requested.
