Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee the operations from receiving requirements from customers, designing, producing, installing, and commissioning to ensure completion on time and according to the specified quality.
Manage costs and budgets to control production costs, purchasing volumes, resource volumes, and budgets to create maximum value and profit.
Track customer satisfaction and resolve issues when they need support.
Oversee the quality and standards of engineering work, control direction, electrical work, control work and assembly work to ensure quality and safety.
Manage the team and human resources. Manage the team of engineers, technicians and other support personnel, as well as motivate and develop the potential of the team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Able to communicate and coordinate in English well.
Have 5 years of experience in a general manager or senior executive position.
Experienced in project management of automation and robotics systems to manage production planning, control production costs, and control product and service quality to meet standards.
Have experienced in quality systems such as ISO, LEAN or process improvement and can apply them to improve the efficiency of the organization.
Love to learn, follow new technologies to apply to the organization.
Experienced in creating and maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues when customers need support.
If you have marketing experience, you will be given special consideration.
