Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of all HR management functions, including Workfroce palnning, Compensation & Welfare,Employee Relations, Safety & Environment, General Affairs, Recruitment & Retention, and HRIS operations.
Review, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business needs.
Oversee payroll management, compensation structure, and employee benefit programs to ensure consistency, competitiveness, and compliance.
Analyze HR data and provide strategic reports and dashboards to support top-level decision-making.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, especially for key and production-related roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong, positive workplace culture by organizing internal events and engagement activities.
Lead HR process improvement and advise on organizational development strategies based on market trends and benchmarking.
Collaborate across departments and with HR teams from other companies in the Group to share and implement best practices.
Report directly to Top Management, supporting them with data, strategic input, and execution of HR projects.
Monitor and control the HR department budget and prepare regular executive-level performance reports.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a mature, experienced HR leader who brings strategic insight, operational excellence, and a hands-on mindset. This role is best suited for a professional with proven leadership in complex manufacturing environments and a passion for driving organizational success through people.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Psychology, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years experince in management lv with HR&GA experince
Strong HR generalist background, preferably with experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Proven ability to lead HR teams and manage cross-functional responsibilities.
Excellent knowledge of Thai labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational execution and long-term planning.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
Demonstrated experience in managing payroll, compensation frameworks, and welfare programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS is a plus.
Good in English, both written and spoken.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.
Strong project management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
