Responsibilities:
· Perform analytical solving technique to problem pertaining to production.
· Provide technical to production and gather customer feedback to be the input to process engineer team for identify, analyze, and resolve issues .
· Develop, test, and implement innovative equipment, processes, and technologies to enhance system performance, functionality, and productivity.
· Developing and executing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant efficiency.
· Control the qualification testing item with testing plans and provide feedback on testing result to all section relate within agreed time.
· Manage product development project in responsible scope to meet the department and company goals.
· Perform production process prove out, capability, qualification and potential
· Coordination of related operating area and maintenance in resolution and optimization of the operation process.
· Develop the assigned team members by share knowledge, expertise, and consultation.
Qualification:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related field.
· Minimum work experience of 10 years and with managerial working experience at least 5 years.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards, with a focus on the electronic (PCB) industry.
· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
· Effective communication and teamwork skills, with strong English language proficiency.
· Work at Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya.
