**Industry**: Other, Manufacturing(Machinery), Manufacturing(Automotive) - ** Job Description**: - Industry: Manufacturing injection molding for automotive parts - Responsible for production management and QCD(Quality, Cost, Delivery) negotiation with customers - Understand all processes of molding and create and execute mold production plans by laying out people and products. - Manage and control the production process to ensure the continuity of the process - Manage production to meet delivery times, quality, and safety demands - Investigate problems in products - Attend meetings with customers and acknowledge their requirements - Provide suggestions for customers who need assistance - Perform and check a trial run - Other related tasks as need - ** Requirement**: - (Must) - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-44 - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields - At least 5 years of experience in production management in Injection Mold - Conversational English*Internal communication - Able to use word and excel - Good communication ability - **English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level - ** Other Language**: English - ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:00 - ** Holiday**: - Sunday, National Holidays - Working on Saturday (2-3 times per month) - ** Benefit**: - Social Security Fund - BONUS (ave. 3.5months) - OT payment *depends on positions - Others
