หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

• วางแผน ออกแบบ จัดทำ Workflow และดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายใน (Internal Audit Plan) ตามแผนประจำปีที่ได้รับอนุมัติ
• ตรวจสอบกระบวนการทำงาน ระบบควบคุมภายใน และการปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย กฎหมาย และข้อกำหนดต่าง ๆ (Regulatory & Compliance)
• ประเมินความเสี่ยง (Risk Assessment) และเสนอแนะแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส และลดความเสี่ยง
• จัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบ นำเสนอผู้บริหารระดับสูง และคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ
• ติดตาม (Follow-up) การแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องและข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้จากการตรวจสอบ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบรอง

• ดูแลการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ กฎหมาย ระเบียบ และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น กฎหมายแรงงาน, กฎหมายการเงิน, กฎหมาย คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA), AML, ESG และอื่น ๆ
• ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ยึดมั่นในความถูกต้อง โปร่งใส และธรรมาภิบาล
• ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ฝ่ายงานต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนด กฎหมาย และมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติ
• ประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบภายนอก (External Auditor) และหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล
