Req. 13015 **Responsibility**: - Processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, creating and maintaining an inventory, quality assurance and liaising with inventory teams and management. - Responsible for timely purchasing and delivery of materials required. - Interact closely with suppliers, procurement, PD and QA to resolve quality issues. - Solve problems with orders and resolve all receiving and invoicing discrepancies. - Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management. - Work closely with planner and management on inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels. - Understand MRP parameter e.g. lead times for the parts and the effects to Material Planning, including the variation of the logistics lead time to ensure on time supply. - Act as team leader, mentor and coach within the buyer team - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in relevant field : Engineer, statistic or computer science, or equivalent experience, - Analytically minded and possess excellent negotiating skills to secure the best prices according to budget, - Experience with ERP, AX or SAP a definite asset, - Can utilize leadership skills for decision making, - Is a natural collaborator and problem solver and strives for continuous improvement, - Demonstrated negotiation skills, - Experience with enterprise resource planning.After reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information Manager, Materials Buyer/planner at the office ประเวศ above, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
