? Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation.
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Maintain and update marketing delivedrables.
Support in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Manage vendor communication, quotations, and basic procurement tasks related to marketing activities.
Handle internal and external correspondence and follow-up on marketing-related inquiries.
Monitor and organize marketing assets (e.g., photos, videos, design files).
Assist with expense tracking and invoice processing for marketing activities.
Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and relevant industry data when required.
Execute tasks according to assigned projects
? Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in Marketing or administrative support preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic Marketing, Branding, consumer behavior, data management, reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English language is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, CRM, or social media platforms), management systemt e.g. SAP
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
