Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries and complaints via digital channels (email, social media, web chat, etc.).
Coordinate and follow up to resolve customer issues according to service process and policy.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, marketing, or to reduce incoming call volume.
Keep updated with trends and tools in digital/social media channels.
Input and maintain accurate customer data in the system.
Escalate or follow up on complex issues with supervisors when necessary.
Meet individual and team KPIs, goals, and service SLAs.
Deliver high service standards across all digital interactions.
Support business through service-to-sales activities where appropriate.
Perform other tasks or assignments as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 3 years' experience in Customer Service or Call Center in Banking/Financial/Telecommunications Area
Understanding of at least 3 products and related operational processes, including features, promotions, and workflows.
Strong digital skills: proficient in computer use, typing, and clear communication in a digital service environment.
Service-minded with emotional stability, good interpersonal skills, responsibility, and a basic ability to solve problems.
