Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee our nationwide network of EV charger installation suppliers and subcontractors. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest standards of installation quality, managing a network of over 100 technical teams to meet daily installation targets, and ensuring an exceptional and safe customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader adept at systemizing processes, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), and cultivating strong partner relationships to support the company's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:Supplier Network Management:Source, vet, and onboard qualified installation subcontractor companies. Manage relationships with suppliers, technician team to foster strong collaboration. Conduct regular performance reviews of all suppliers, providing feedback for development or making decisions on contract renewal.
Standards and Quality Control:Develop, implement, and enforce a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for all installation teams. Establish a robust quality assurance system, utilizing both remote verification (photos, videos, checklists) and physical on-site audits. Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving complex technical issues from installation teams and customers.
Daily Operations Management:Design and manage the daily workflow for job dispatching, scheduling, and real-time progress tracking to consistently meet the daily target. Analyze operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management. Ensure all installations are completed within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Process Improvement:Continuously identify and implement technology solutions (e.g., scheduling software, field service apps) to enhance operational efficiency. Organize and lead regular training sessions for suppliers to reinforce installation standards and introduce new technologies. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Experience:A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in engineering, project management, or operations management. At least 3 years of direct experience in subcontractor or supplier management, or managing large-scale technical teams is required. Essential Skills:Strategic Management: Proven ability to design workflows, set KPIs, and drive process improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Negotiation: Strong command and communication skills to effectively manage and negotiate with external partners. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and make swift, effective decisions to resolve complex issues. Deep understanding of national electrical installation standards.
(A professional engineering license is a strong asset). Willingness and ability to travel for on-site inspections in Bangkok, metropolitan areas, and other provinces.
