ResponsibilitiesPlan, control, and monitor Automation projects (e.g., PLC, SCADA, HMI, IoT) from initiation to delivery. Assess project scope, resources, budget, timeline, and risks. Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure project completion according to objectives and quality standards.
Inspect and control the quality of design, installation, testing (FAT/SAT), and commissioning. Prepare project documentation such as Project Plans, Progress Reports, and Work Completion Reports in a systematic manner.
Support the engineering team in resolving technical issues and effectively manage site obstacles. QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management within the Automation field.
Knowledge or familiarity with automation systems such as PLC (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi), SCADA, HMI, sensors, control panels, Fieldbus systems, and Industrial IoT.Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills with clients.
